About

I am an artist and a teacher. My Mother was an artist too. She inspired and encouraged me, teaching me to draw and develop my skills through pratice and education.

This passion has taken me down many roads and professions. I’ve designed and built furniture, built Christmas decorations, drawn illustrations inspired from my reading, photographed nature, the lot!

I always find myself coming back to nature. From the long walks I use to take as a child, witnessing different colours of the season, the textures under my feet and the smell of Autumn leaves, I have always loved the outdoors. The sensory stimulation of nature to be precise.

My walks inspire what I draw. The works you find on this website are an attempt to capture what I have found beautiful in that moment.
